Self Employed or No Accounts

If you are self employed and are unable to provide 3 years accounts most lenders will be unwilling to assist in providing mortgage facilities to you, at Fluid Finance we have lenders who do not require proof of your income and subject to restrictions on the loan amount (normally up to 90%) are happy to assist at competitive rates.

There will be a fee for mortgage advice, however we do not charge up front fees. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but the maximum will be 1% of the loan amount, this fee will be payable on completion.
